2011 JDRF Walk in Boston
Don't forget that the JDRF walk to cure diabetes in coming up October 1st 2011! To register go to www.JDRF.org and go to "get involved" and click "walk to cure diabetes" The walk will be held in Boston MA. My team name is Katie's Krew. The walk is 3 miles long. A diagnosis of Type 1 or Juvenile diabetes can rock your world. Type 1 diabetes has no known cause and no cure. Katie is 11 years old, she was diagnosed with this disease when she was 8 and desperately wants to make a difference in help finding a cure for this disease that she now has to live with for the rest of her life. She is trying very hard to raise money for JDRF in hopes of finding a cure for this disease that has changed her life.
